Robert Harvey helps property managers and HOAs approach construction decisions with the practical judgment of an experienced investor, builder and property owner. A serial entrepreneur, he has built and grown service businesses in the home health care and construction industries, turning both into franchise opportunities. This experience in combination with his hands-on role building a private home in Turks and Caicos brings firsthand understanding of contractor coordination, costs and project delivery. He has taken his many years of entrepreneurship and participates as a SCORE mentor, helping other entrepreneurs evaluate opportunities, navigate challenges and make informed decisions.

Ryan Harvey helps property managers and HOAs evaluate renovation and construction bids with confidence. Drawing on international project experience as a registered Architect and hands-on work building homes in Turks and Caicos and Brooklyn, he understands both client priorities and contractor perspectives. Working as an Architect he has reviewed contractor proposals for scope, technical requirements and cost implications, helping clients compare bids, identify gaps and make informed decisions that align design aspirations, construction quality and their budget while reducing uncertainty before making a commitment.
